Events and conventions · beta

One booth is a corner. A few Minis cover the floor.

A Booth Mini is a small countertop photo booth (about 11 by 13 by 10 inches) that runs on its own. Spread a few around your event or convention, and photos happen at the entrance, the cosplay area and the vendor floor, not in one long line.

Straight talk

This is a beta. That's the point.

We've run photo booths at Milwaukee events for sixteen years. Running several Minis across a convention is new, so this fall we're bringing them to a few shows free of charge, to learn what organizers, guests and vendors actually want. You get the booths; we get your honest feedback.

What you get

Your event's name on every photo.

  • Several Minis, placed where people are. Entrance, cosplay area, vendor floor, lounge. Each needs one outlet and a bit of table.
  • Custom faceplates. We print a faceplate for each Mini in your event’s colours, plus your branding on screen and on every photo.
  • Photos to phones, prints at one spot. Guests get their photos on their phone right away. Prints from any Mini come out at one print station.
  • Cosplay credit, opt-in. Guests can add their character and Instagram handle if they want, so you can repost and tag them.
  • Screens for your vendors or sponsors. Each Mini has a small billboard screen with a QR code, so vendors or sponsors get seen and scanned.
  • A recap and gallery. How many people used each Mini, plus the day’s photos for your socials.
  • Our team on call. We set up, tear down, and stay on site. If a Mini needs us, we’re there in minutes.

Ask us

Slow door? Let's look at it.

If your will-call or check-in line is a pain, tell us how you sell tickets today. We build our own software, and faster check-in is something we can build and try with you.

Tell us about your event.

Dates, venue, how many people, and what you'd want guests to walk away with. During the beta we're picking a few events and conventions to run it free, and we'll tell you honestly whether it fits.

We are not a photo booth. We are a photo experience.
